I qualified as a Integrative counsellor in 2011 and then went onto study a level 5 Diploma in CBT as well as qualifying as a clinical supervisor.
I work from a private office in Hooton, Ellesmere Port which is easily accessible from the A41 or Junction 5 of the M53.
I have worked in a number of different roles during my career including working with families in Children’s Social care, in HMP prisons with prisoners and also with young people who were victims of criminal and sexual exploitation.
I have a special interest in narcissistic abuse which has developed through my own personal experience of this abuse during a previous marriage, a narcissistic father and sibling.
Through research and knowledge I was able to understand what had happened to me and I now work with other survivors who are either still living with their abuser in either a romantic relationship or a family member and are fearful and confused or they have left the relationship and are struggling to understand why they are feeling the way they are.
